Seven-week `ban' on non-Kannada films

In the age where competition is considered good, Kannada film walahs want competition to be abolished and they be given a free hand. Do they think this will make the masses to see the Kannada films or what??

Some of their demands are :-
o Non-Kannada films should be released only after 12 weeks of their release in the respective States.

o 100 per cent entertainment tax on all non-Kannada films re-imposed

o all Kannada films should be given a subsidy of Rs. 5 lakhs each in addition to the subsidy of Rs. 10 lakhs being given to qualified films.

Moving from License 'Raj' era to 'Raj' Kumar era or what!!
