How to increase the visibility

Guys/Gals, whoever is reading this page,

How do I increase the visibility of this page.
Obviously I'm not writing this to be read by me alone!!
Thinking of dropping a line to Anita to include me in indiBlog directory..but doubt if thats really gonna work fast and effective..
Probably I should drop some comments in others blog..

Any other ideas, welcome..
